Spray BOLTBUSTER on all corroded, rusted or frozen parts. Let stand for several minutes to allow thorough penetration. BOLTBUSTER is a foamy penetrant that will creep forward and dwell on the affected part.  If necessary, tap lightly to speed and insure penetration. In extreme cases a second application may be necessary.
